These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BusBell mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides public transport information, map search, address search, and route planning. Schedules, real-time data, map tiles, and address results may come from third-party sources including LTA DataMall and OneMap, and are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Transit data is provided by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) DataMall. Routing, map, address, and geospatial data may be provided by OneMap and the Singapore Land Authority (SLA). Open datasets are made available under the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0 unless a source states otherwise. Third-party data remains subject to the applicable source terms and attribution requirements.
Malaysia transit data is provided by the Malaysian Government through data.gov.my. Data and information are subject to the Malaysian Government Open Data Terms of Use 1.0. The App is an independent product and is not endorsed by the Malaysian Government, Prasarana, KTMB, or any state bus operator.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorised access, or use the App in violation of applicable law.
Optional features may require location or notification permissions controlled by your device. Searches, selected addresses, selected coordinates, route planning endpoints, and pinned route itineraries may be processed locally to deliver map, search, and trip planning features. Pinned route itineraries remain on your device for up to 24 hours or until you unpin them. Background location may increase battery use; you can disable features in App or system settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore for users in Singapore and by the laws of Malaysia for users in Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the user's principal country of residence.
